Capulet promises he will persuade Juliet to marry Paris.

He arranges the wedding for Thursday - three days away.

Change of Heart
Lord Capulet explains to Paris that he has not been able to ask Juliet if she wants to marry him because of Tybalt's death. Lady Capulet agrees. Juliet is too upset tonight but she will ask her in the morning. then Lord Capulet changes his mind. He tells Paris that he is certain that Juliet will do what he tells her and arranges the wedding for Thursday. He asks Lady Capulet to go to Juliet and tell her the news.

1. They are similar in that they are both trying hard for something the daughter to write and the bird to escape.

2. He can only wish that she finds her way, but he cannot help her.

3. Flint has the sam inner value as a gem outer preciousness.

4. She sees that he doesn't have enough money, so she takes the orange to avoid embarrassing him in front of the girl.

5. the orange may represent how he feels about the girl; it may also stand for the potential of their relationship.

6. It might help people understand that everyone has qualities underneath their external appearance.

7. Flint is most successful because it provides a clear example of flint lying in the mud like something you might pass over even though it has a valuable quality.
