Pueblo Project
Research—
Research your assigned pueblo at home and at school.
At home (with your parent’s permission and supervision) on the Internet and at
your local library.
At school (with your teacher’s guidance and supervision) visit websites and the
school library).
Record—
Record all reference materials you use. Record the complete Internet address,
the title, and author of books used; the title and page of reference books used.
Notes—
Take notes in your own words from the resources you have found.
Construct-
Construct at least one physical aspect of your pueblo.
-You may use any materials available.
-Your model must be at least 12 inches by 12 inches by 12 inches
-Your model must not be more than 18 inches by 18 inches by 18 inches.
-Creative interpretations are encouraged.
Expository Essay-
Write a three to five paragraph essay explaining the pueblo you were assigned.

-Each sentence must contain at least five words.
-Each paragraph must contain at least five sentences.
-Follow the rubric for Standards of Good Writing for ALL traits.
-Have a pre-write, at least two revisions, an edit, signature from a peer editor with a peer conference form, and a final copy (hand-written or typed).
